Andrea Conner

Andrea is a change agent and strategic relationship builder.  She is committed to the #GenderMultiplierEffect that amplifies women to create strong communities that positively impact our global economy. 

Andrea is the founder of Stevenson Conner Global Strategies, a consultancy driven to create  innovative approaches and strategic relationship building for diverse clients from non-profit to for-profit organizations.  With leadership roles spanning four countries, she helps organizations advance their brand, mission, and profits. 

A true servant to the global community, contributions include leadership as a Diamond Mentor and Advisory Board member for Global Women Connect, Vice Chair for Women’s Business Collaborative Leaders Council, and a Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) Fellow.

As a passionate advocate for leadership in the local community, Andrea co-founded the first annual “Fore her Future” golf tournament as part of Leadership Raleigh and serves as a Board Member for First Tee Triangle, an international youth development program. She is a member of the USNC-UN Women and a Board Member for ATHENA of the Triangle, leading the way on the ATHENA in Tech initiative.

Andrea is the past President/CEO of ATHENA International, Past Vice President for Programs, Partnerships, and Strategy for Springboard Enterprises, and Leadership Champion for Women’s Business Collaborative. She consulted for the World Academy for the Future of Women, UN Women Beijing. She served on the board of American Friends of Chateau de Compiegne and Sias International University Foundation. 

Andrea holds an MS in Global Leadership from Duquesne University and a BA in economics and business from Edinboro University. She holds a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
