As CEO of THE BOARD OF ADVISORS LLC, a business advisory firm, Bryan works with CEO’s, Business Owners and other visionary Executives to maximize their bottom line. He’s acquired 25+ years of successful Sales, Engineering and Business Leadership experience, in both domestic and international organizations. Bryan’s professional experience spans different industries, in both public and privately-held corporations, including several roles as President and CEO, one of which was a women-owned company.

Bryan’s approach to business is that, regardless of the industry, technology, product or service an organization chooses to engage in, we are all ultimately in the “People Business”. People are an organization’s #1 Asset and, most often, #1 Cost. Thus, it’s mission critical for all organizations to “fit” the right people into the right roles. Doing so promotes higher employee engagement, lower stress, increased productivity and better teamwork - ultimately resulting in increased bottom line and top line performance. To this end, Bryan serves as an Executive Advisor and independent licensee for Culture Index ™, an applied behavioral analytics program that drives top line and bottom line growth, and scalable sustainability.

Bryan received his Master of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Finance, and his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He also participated in Wharton’s Executive Education Program: High Potential Leaders – Accelerating Your Impact.
