As the owner of CME Strategies, Hadassah Eley, PMP is driven by a deep desire to empower businesses and help them achieve success in operations. With 17 years’ experience of  problem-solving expertise in the biopharmaceutical industry, Hadassah has honed her skills in identifying the root cause of a wide array of challenges. Now, she brings that same level of expertise to businesses in Manufacturing and General Process operations.

Hadassah's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in pharmaceutical science from North Carolina Central University. Since college, she has earned several certifications, including professional project manager (PMP), Conger-Elsea Root Cause Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, and Kepner-Tregoe Problem-Solving Decision Making. These certifications have equipped her with various techniques for effective management, continuous improvement, process streamlining, and team facilitation. Her exceptional skills and achievements in the field have earned her numerous accolades, including being named Kepner-Tregoe's 2022 Facilitator of the Year, beating out over 100 global applicants.
