Jennifer Murray

Jennifer Murray grew up in Upstate New York and moved to the Triangle with her family in 1997. She

brings over twenty years of experience working at prominent high-technology organizations. Jennifer

followed her passion for employee development and worked cross-functionally to implement Channel

Partner training and talent development programs for hundreds of team members at both Cisco

Systems and AT&T. She launched the first college hire sales program at Cisco Systems – immersing over

one hundred recent college graduates in a multi-year training program to prepare them for field sales

positions.


Since 2017, she has worked in the small business sector as a Human Resource Consultant - initially

providing competitive benefit packages, HR process automation, and human resource support to small

businesses in a wide range of industries. More recently, she has leveraged her background to help

organizations compete for top talent by strengthening their employee value proposition, increasing

employee engagement, and implementing policies and programs that reduce employee turnover.

Jennifer graduated from the College of William & Mary with a BBA in Marketing and received her MBA

from the Poole College of Management at NCSU. She also earned the SPHR certification and is actively

involved in RMSHRM as VP of Membership. She mentors and volunteers with Dress for Success and her

church.
