What should we share about our lab requirements?
Tell us about your science, equipment, sinks, ventilation or hood needs, cold storage, and electrical requirements. Our team will review suitability and configuration with you.
How does coworking differ from resident membership?
Coworking provides shared workspace access and benefits based on an annual membership level. Resident membership provides on-site office or lab space for a monthly charge.
Does every coworking plan include mail services and office time?
Benefits vary by level. Review the linked coworking guide for mailing services, included office time, and conference room hours. Shared workspace is available as space permits.
How do we become members?
Submit the appropriate membership application. First Flight then conducts an interview to assess fit. Approved companies work with the team on agreements, setup, and move-in.
Can we visit before applying?
Use the tour inquiry form to share your interests and preferences. You can also indicate that you’re still exploring.
