Just about every early-stage startup knows they will need to hone their pitch to potential investors, customers and other interested parties. Andrea Mariani with Soundsafe Care
Soundsafe Care offers a novel medical device to perform oncological surgical treatments with precision and non-invasiveness thanks to the combination of ultrasound and robotics. Soundsafe Care is a spin-off company of Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, featuring more than 10 years of research on the technology. After incorporation and a 1.75M€ pre-seed funding round in 2023, Soundsafe Care is now optimizing and validating the device to enter the veterinary market in 2025.
Morris Nguyen with Predicate Healthcare Performance Group
Predicate HPG is pioneering the development of an AI-driven early warning platform that leverages the combined use of wearable biosensors and natural language processing. Through continuous surveillance, wearable biosensors gather physiological data, while NLP intelligently "listens" for sepsis-indicative keywords in speech and text, all analyzed by an AI predictive model to detect early indicators of sepsis onset.
