Throughout his career, Nico has worked directly with farmers and agricultural ecosystems in more than 27 countries, analyzing production systems, adoption behavior, and the economic realities that influence technology adoption in the field.
Combining deep agronomic expertise with strategic business development, he has designed and executed international market expansion strategies, cross-border partnerships, and ecosystem development initiatives across the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. His experience spans early-stage innovation, venture ecosystems, and global market development, helping organizations translate technology into practical solutions that farmers can adopt with confidence.
