Dean Gray is a business executive with over 20 years of leadership in the life sciences and healthcare industries. Dean has focused on the intersection of science, medical technology and business in general management, sales and marketing, product development, strategic planning, business development, and other operational roles in diverse settings ranging from venture capital-backed startups to major medical device, pharma and biotech companies in the U.S., Europe and Asia.

Bringing both strategic and entrepreneurial perspectives, Dean has assisted startup, emerging, and large established companies to find and execute on new business opportunities across a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic products in numerous diseases areas. His experience includes leading development, commercialization, and launch of novel products in optical coherence tomography and other diagnostic imaging modalities, endoscopy and endoscopic devices, surgical instruments and supplies, stents and implantables, biologics and tissue engineering, 3D bioprinting, clinical informatics, and AI-enabled medical image analysis and predictive analytics.

Dean has established and lead high-performing businesses in a range of disease states and markets including neurology and neurodegenerative diseases, ophthalmology, cardiovascular disease and stroke, oncology, diabetes, gastroenterology, urology and gynecology, sports medicine and orthopedics, musculoskeletal diseases, regenerative medicine, liver disease and NASH, and general and specialty surgeries.
