Jennifer Murray is a seasoned HR consultant with over 20 years of experience driving talent development, employee engagement, and organizational growth. With a career spanning high-tech giants like Cisco Systems and AT&T, she has led transformative initiatives, including the launch of Cisco’s first college hire sales program and the training program at AT&T’s Partner Solutions start-up. She is currently the President of Onboard Solutions, LLC.

Since 2017, Jennifer has focused on empowering small organizations, helping them compete for top talent by refining their employee value proposition, optimizing engagement strategies, and implementing retention-focused policies. Her expertise in HR process automation and benefits strategy has enabled organizations to scale efficiently while fostering a thriving workplace culture.

A graduate of the College of William & Mary (BBA, Marketing) and Poole College of Management at NCSU (MBA), Jennifer holds an SPHR certification and is actively involved in RMSHRM. She is deeply committed to mentorship and community impact, actively supporting Dress for Success, the William & Mary Innovation Hub, and her church.
