Ashley Ingram

Ashley Ingram is a Senior Vice President specializing in Tenant Representation at JLL's Raleigh office. With 15 years of industry experience in the Raleigh-Durham market, she provides strategic advisory services to a diverse clientele, focusing on office and lab space solutions. Ashley blends extensive local market expertise with a thorough understanding of corporate occupier needs, serving both out-of-market clients and specialized local life science companies. Her approach to tenant representation is rooted in developing strong client relationships and understanding their business needs to deliver real estate solutions that enable their success. Ashley's services span establishing, renewing, relocating, or disposing of office and lab spaces.

Experience

Ashley's career began in multifamily property management at The Preiss Company, where she managed over 2,000 student housing beds along the east coast. She then joined JLL as a Senior Research Analyst before transitioning to her current role in tenant representation.

Education and Affiliations

A graduate of North Carolina State University with a bachelor's degree in Communications, Ashley is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina. She is an active member of the Triangle Area Office Building Association (TRAOBA), serving as a Board Member from 2021-2024. Ashley is also involved with NC Life SCi and the JLL Life Science Practice Group, reflecting her commitment to the life science industry.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys tennis, visits to the North Carolina coast, and spending time with her husband and one-year old son. She is also a board member of the First Baptist Church Infant Toddler Center.
