Seton Gilday Sloan

Seton Gilday is a Senior Associate in JLL’s Tenant Representation Group, based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Gilday works primarily with assisting corporate, technology, and life science clients in analyzing their real estate needs & developing strategies to align real estate initiatives with overall business plans. Her practice areas include conducting market research & surveys, defining occupancy needs, financial analysis, opportunity assessment, location advisory & lease negotiations.

Experience

Seton has six years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry and has focused exclusively on office tenant representation. Seton started her career in a boutique tenant representation firm and prior to joining the Raleigh market, she worked in JLL’s Northern Virginia office supporting federal contractors and technology companies.

Education and affiliations

Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of South Carolina.

Licensed Real Estate professional in North Carolina and Virginia.

Seton is a member of the Washington School for Girls Auxiliary Board. The Washington School for Girls is an all-scholarship independent Catholic School serving students in grades 3-8. The school helps facilitate the education and development of young women from an incredibly diverse background and offers comprehensive academic programs in a supportive environment.
